FAQ - WEBSITE

This help page covers some questions you may have about using the website and covers some of the basic navigation, pages and functionality. This help-page is based on the desktop version of the site, the mobile version shares most of the main points but may display some minor differences.

THE VERY TOP

  • RETURN TO OM

Clicking return to OM will take you out of the store and back to the Other Minerals main website. Here you will find our monthly research group blog, galleries and more information about OM.

LOCATION: TOP LEFT IN THE HEADER MENU

This button shows you information about the items in your cart. It shows the sum total of your cart followed by the number of items in your cart. Clicking it will slide a mini-cart out from the right hand side of the screen which you can use to review your items, go to cart, edit your items or checkout

Clicking HOME will take you to the store home page. Here we will show notices and highlight featured products.

Clicking GOODS will take you to our print and products shop.

Hovering over ASSETS will show you a drop-down menu of our current graphic asset collection. The sub-categories are VECTORS, FONTS, PATTERNS and LICENSES. Clicking each of these will take you to the relevant collection / page.

HELP

Clicking HELP will take you to our HELP hub where you can find answers to various possible questions or contact us with any bugs or issues.

CONTACT

Our contact page is a simple contact form where you can get in touch with us about anything and we will try and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Clicking on the ACCOUNT will take you to our account login page. Here you can use your account credentials to login to your account or reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you havent made an account you will be asked if you would like to create one when you make your first order.

Once you are logged in the ACCOUNT page will show your account details where you can view your downloadable items if you have bought digital files or assets, review your orders and edit your personal details.

NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP [POP-UP]

When using the desktop version of the site a pop-up will appear after 45 seconds of inactivity prompting you to sign up for our newsletter. You can decide to sign up or close the pop-up and once you have closed it it wont appear again during your visit.

FOOTER NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP

As well as the pop-up we have a permanent sign-up form for a newsletter at the bottom of every page. You can also enter your e-mail address here to be added to our mailing list.

Clicking PRIVACY will take you to our privacy policy. Here you can see how we handle any data collected from you.

LICENSES

Clicking LICENSES will take you to a page where you can select the product type and review the options for licenses. The GOODS license applies yo any digital download from the GOODS category (eg a digital print). The ASSETS option applies to any product from the asset store, clicking this will take you to the terms and conditions of our personal, commerical and extended licenses.
